Visible and present condition only

An inspection covers only the visible and present condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection, limited to the components listed in the report. We do not dismantle parts; latent or concealed faults, including those hidden by repairs or paint, may go undetected.

No guarantee of future performance

A report describes the vehicle as found on the inspection date. It is not a warranty or prediction of reliability, safety, roadworthiness, remaining service life or future repair costs. The purchase decision remains yours.

Advertising, pricing and consumer rights

Advertised information is truthful and describes the service scope and our inspectors' qualifications, as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising". Prices are all-inclusive, and a 14-day withdrawal right applies to distance contracts under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3156-IX.

Language and personal data

Consumer information for Ukraine is provided in Ukrainian under the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII; the Ukrainian version prevails. Personal data is processed with informed consent under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data".
