Refund Policy
1. Scope and cancellations
You may cancel free of charge before an inspector is dispatched; after dispatch we refund the price minus travel costs. Distance contracts follow the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3156-IX and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII.
2. 14-day withdrawal right
You may withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons. If the inspection was performed before that period ended with your express consent, the right is lost; otherwise we refund within 14 days of your notice.
3. Refunds and fees
- Service not delivered or cancelled by us: full refund.
- Report delivered and accurate: no refund.
- Duplicate payment: full refund.
Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days; we bear our own transfer costs.

Consumer-facing information and prices must also be provided in Ukrainian under the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII; the Ukrainian version prevails.
